As hosts, we maintain and provide an up to date, comfortable, and convenient location to all the sites in the greater St. Augustine area; including a convenient 5-6 minute walk to the beach. ALSO, IF YOU LIKE YOUR PRIVACY you will enjoy our screened-in roof-covered lanai. The space Profile of the living space: A sunny and inviting beach retreat located about a 5-minute walk to the beach. If your vehicle has 4-wheel drive, you can be on the beach even quicker. This rental includes everything you need to enjoy a short weekend getaway or a long-term stay. The townhouse is located in a gated community and has private front and rear entrance just steps from your assigned parking space. There will not be stairs to climb when you return from shopping because you’ll park right by the front door with immediate access to the kitchen. This two-story townhouse features 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, and sleeps up to six adults comfortably and comes equipped with everything you need for a stay at the beach. The first floor has tile floors, fully equipped kitchen with Stainless appliances. You'll enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer/dryer, a half bath, and an extra-large screened-in lanai with outdoor seating and privacy. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, 37" HD TV w/cable, DVD player, and movies to choose from. The dining room has seating for six at the expandable dining room table. The second floor has wall-to-wall carpet, master bedroom has queen bed with 3" memory foam topper, large walk-in closet, HD TV w/cable, shower unit, and all bed linens and towels are provided, along with beach towels. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub, TV with cable, and Wi-Fi is available complex wide. The pool on property is steps from the front door and is heated in the cooler months (Nov-March). If you enjoy dining outside (rain or shine), you will certainly enjoy our screened-in roof-covered lanai attached to the back of the townhouse. Take a short drive to beautiful Old Downtown St. Augustine for the many historical sights, art galleries, restaurants, shopping and much more. In addition to our townhouse being an easy walk to the beach and close to St. Augustine, there are also 2 grocery stores, numerous restaurants, Starbucks, and several shopping plazas within a three to five minutes from the property. Guest access ABOUT A WEEK BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED ARRIVAL, we will send you via email a copy of our HOUSE MANUAL which describes in detail all you'll need to know to access our townhouse. This Manual also outlines a variety of issues to insure your stay goes as smooth as possible. When you receive the HOUSE MANUAL you may want to print out a copy for your reference, as there are access codes and other information you will likely want to remember. Other things to note We are fussy owners/hosts. We only rent to guests who are 21 or over with established credit approved by Airbnb who are mature adults. We put great stock in the rating of guests by other Airbnb Hosts. We are only interested in responsible guests who will respect our property and the guests that follow their stay. This is not a hotel where trashing a room may be acceptable. Our housekeeping professionals are not chambermaids who clean up after immature renters.
