This listing is for one furnished bedroom in a four bedroom, basement apartment. You have a private, locking bedroom but share the bathroom, kitchen and living room with other AirBnb guests. The space This is a recently remodeled, lower level unit. This is great for students and professionals as we require quiet hours of all guests and tenants in the home. Close to Bradley, Caterpillar and the hospitals too! Guest access You'll have a private bedroom but free use of the common areas of the apartment. During your stay We do not live on the property but are just a phone call or text away! Other things to note Please note that this is a shared space. While we provide cleaning every two weeks, sometimes other guests are busy and can't get to their dishes as fast as you may like. We do ask everyone to clean up after themselves but sometimes work/school/life gets in the way for a bit. There is free wifi but you must message us upon arrival with the statement "I agree to not download illegal or copywritten media or share the wifi password with anyone" . Once you do, we'll share the wifi information.
