My comfortable apartment has three rooms and a bathroom. It has eleven windows, so lots of light and is very special because of the partly round shape of the living room/kitchen. The Oosterpark is nearby and three guests have plenty of space. The kitchen has all the equipment you expect. Beautifully renovated in 2019. Enjoy the coffee shops, restaurants and experience the nearby access to the metro and train. Jump on a bike and ride through the city like the locals do. The space The apartment is located at the corner of two streets, on the first floor of a small apartment building, above an Italian restaurant. It measures 90 m2 in total; the living room with kitchen is 35 m2 and the two bedrooms with double beds are 20 m2 and 15 m2. The French balcony invites the town in if you want. Guest access You have the apartment to yourself and may use all amenities. The washing machine can also be used as a tumble dryer. Other things to note Important to know that this apartment is inhabited by me daily throughout the year. So you will find closets with clothes and personal belongings everywhere. The kitchen is also equipped with my supplies in addition to equipment. Feel invited to use what you need in moderation. Replace any consumption of larger quantities.
