**Pool OPEN for the season** Welcome to Lakeview Landing, located in the heart of Pinehurst golf! With a second story view of Lake Pinehurst, guests can relax on the balcony or enjoy the community pool! This quiet neighborhood shares close proximity to several great golf courses and has easy access to the BEST parts of Pinehurst: historic downtown, Fair Barn + Harness Track, Pinehurst Resort + Clubhouse, etc. Plus, it's a quick drive to nearby Southern Pines + Aberdeen! The space Our condo offers sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests and is completely set up for your stay, everything you need for a short vacation or a months rental. We have a full kitchen setup with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker and a washer and dryer in the unit. We provide all linens and blankets. Wifi and cable are also provided. Guest access As our guest, you'll have access to the entire condo. *Enjoy self check-in using the Smart Lock. *Free parking is available Other things to note - If you need to check in early (before 3 p.m.) or check out late (after 10 a.m.), you're welcome to ask - we always accommodate if possible! Please understand that sometimes we can't honor these requests due to the cleaners' schedule, scheduled maintenance, or special arrangements already made for other guests. - Being in the warm climate of the South and surrounded by pine needles and vegetation, small bugs can very occasionally make their way into the space, particularly during warm months. We make every effort to prevent this from happening and the condo is treated for pests quarterly. Please let us know if you have any concerns regarding this. We do ask that you keep patio doors closed when you are not entering/exiting the condo.
