The space Welcome to our bright and spacious 90 m2 apartment in the heart of Mitte! Our apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa lounge, high-speed internet, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for up to 4 people. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with dishes and silverware, a fridge, an extra freezer, an induction stove and oven, all kinds of equipment and kitchen utensils, and even a dishwasher for your convenience. The apartment features two bedrooms: the Master bedroom 1 with a very comfortable 180x200 cm King size bed, a wardrobe with hangers, and two bedside tables with bedside lamps, and the Bedroom 2 with two very comfortable 90x200 cm single beds, a working desk, and two bedside lamps. In the living room, you can relax on the sofa and two armchairs while watching TV or enjoy breakfast or dinner on the balcony with a table and chairs. Towels, bed linen, etc. are included, and a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, etc. are available for your use. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, and quiet hours must be respected from 10 PM (22:00) till 8 AM (8:00) every day, whole days on Sundays and public holidays. Violation of these rules may result in a fine of 500 EUR. For your convenience, we have included some frequently asked questions. We live in the same building complex and are always available to help with any questions. Check-in time is after 4 PM (16:00), and guests must let us know their arrival time. Early luggage drop-off is possible after 11:30 AM (11:30). Late departure is possible when there is no other check-in, please ask additionally if you need it. You can leave the luggage on your departure day until 3 PM (15:00). To do that it must be packed by 11 AM (11:00) and can be stored in our apartment. Detailed route guidance will be sent after reservation, and we provide self-check-in. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and please read the whole description and house rules before booking.
