Pet friendly townhouse with EV charger. Private garden with sunroom. Two large queen bed rooms. We only book 1 group at a time. Ask to book the second queen room for extra $50 per stay. Close to Hamilton CBD restaurants, shopping centre, Gallery and Cinema. Summer outdoor Olympic Pool close by. Hamilton Indoor Aquatic Leisure Centre and public transport a 10 minute walk away. 7kW Wallbox EV charger located in covered parking area with type 2 connection cable. The space This townhouse is a renovated house behind my office with large rooms, high ceilings, polished wooden floors, a private garden with your own kitchen and lounge room. Whilst a short walk to Hamilton main street it is a quiet and restful spot. Guest access kitchen, lounge, sunroom, bedrooms, separate toilet from shower bathroom, laundry and closed private backyard garden and under cover parking at rear. Other things to note There are two bedrooms, each booking is for up to 2 people in one room and use of the second room with up to another two people for an extra fee of $50 per stay. There is a double couch bed and king trundle that can be booked for children, please message your family or group needs. Bookings must always be booked through me.
