This is a walk-down apt (with a great forest & landscaped garden view) in Silverpark Resort, Fraser's Hill. Your next stay-cation will be perfect at Colonie! Deposit is refunded 24 hours after check-out if there are no incidental costs. ****** • Our Response to Covid-19: Our apartments are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between guests. While we take every precaution to ensure Colonie is clean - we still recommend that you practice safe social distancing and thorough hand washing during your stay! Guests are required to wear face masks at all times in the common ground outside of the apartments. Kindly note that guests with temperatures of more than 37.5ºC will not be allowed entry. COVID-19 CONTACT TRACING COMPLIANCE : In compliance with government guidelines, all guests (including children) are required to provide full names + contact details and have their temperature taken before entering Silverpark / Colonie premises. Please provide details to to ensure a smooth check-in. Guest access Colonie 1111 apartment provides guests with :- •2 Bedrooms with 2 comfortable Queen-sized beds (sleeps 4). •The master bedroom has one queen-sized bed & en-suite bath. •The other bedrooms has one queen-sized bed & a bath. •Each queen-sized bed has 2 pillows, 1 bed sheet and 1 large duvet. Additional outdoor blankets are provided in case of extreme cold. •The bathrooms comes with heated showers. Bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo and body soap are provided •One hairdryer (located on top of the fridge) •Expansive outdoor terrace with bench seating and hanging daybed. NOTE: NO WIFI and NO TV channels provided. Flat screen TV comes with HDMI cables so you can plug in your laptop. For USB connections, please save several movie formats as different TV plays different formats. Kitchen is equipped with the following :- •One-door Fridge with internal Freezer compartment •Small Toaster Oven •Electric Kettle •Electric Steamboat Hotpot •Extension cord •Gas Stove •Frying Pan •Stock Pot •Basic kitchen utensils •Basic cleaning equipment •Cutleries, glasses, plates, bowls for 4 people NOTES : Food & related ingredients / spices / oils, BBQ netting, skewers and charcoal are guest's own. Communal BBQ Pit : All BBQ activities at the apartment outdoor terrace, including guest own BBQ electric grill is not permitted due to fire hazards & cleanliness issue. Guests can book the building management's communal BBQ pit at the price of RM70 per use on first come first serve basis. Guests bring their own BBQ net / skewers & charcoal if they want to use the communal BBQ pit. Size of Pit Opening: 350MM x 1000MM Size of BBQ Table: 813MM x 1219MM NOTE: You can buy 2 pieces of the 400 X 500MM grill nets. It should fit nicely. This apartment fits 4 people (we will do a headcount) and guests will be provided with 2 car access cards to enter the apartment compound. 5th - 8th guests pay RM75 per guest per night.
