Noosa Hinterland rainforest escape with pool.

This is a unique two-story home that was built by my late father 28 years ago. It is nestled in the Noosa Hinterland rainforest. Each of the three bedrooms (one with an ensuite) are decorated in an eclectic style. There is a well-equipped kitchen with all the basics including a large gas top stove with oven. The house runs off rainwater, has solar hot water (with a booster) and all eco-friendly dishwashing and laundry liquid is provided. The space I am an artist and some of my paintings are shown in the house and sculptures in the garden (not for sale). The pool is really lovely and heats up beautifully during the day making it usable all day and into the evening. The house is fairly open, loft style with both main bedrooms walls having opening out in to the main space which is excellent for airflow. There is also a great covered outdoor Veranda area for relaxing and eating meals. The location of the house is excellent for the markets-approximately a 5 minute drive in and still only a short drive to the beach(approx. 15-20minutes). Well stocked kitchen with all the equipment you could need for cooking. I live just around the corner so can be there in 5 minutes if there is an issue. Guest access The whole house, pool, driveway and house garden are private and for exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note there is one carport for under cover parking in the driveway and room for two vehicles to park close to the house.
