Sunny House in a Leafy Street

Sunny House in the leafy suburb of Eifukucho is solitary house. Really peaceful residential suburb but easy to access Tokyo. Just 5 minutes to Shimokitizawa and 10 to Shiubya. Easy access to Studio Ghibli and great for a day trip to the mountains. The space The flat is the ground floor of our house, but it is filled with natural light. It is fully detached with it’s own kitchen, bathroom and washing facilities. From the ground floor you also have access to courtyard which in spring and summer is perfect for having your breakfast. The courtyard connects with my parents house who live next door, they are very excited to welcome guests to Japan. Our house is perfect for relaxing. It has 1 dedicated bedroom as well a living room which can be fully closed off to become a second bedroom.
