A house in a very special place! Between house and beach there's nothing but grass, bush, wallabys and rabbits. Enjoy the view from the roof deck or from level 1 - or whilst in the spa. Features everything new as of May, 2020 - beds, TVs, furniture, bedding, kitchen utensils. 2 large living areas each with huge TVs. The master bedroom also has a TV - along with a walk-in-robe, ensuite with spa bath, private balcony and its own 'retreat'. Pool table and log fire ensure you'd love it in winter. The space The house has been setup (in May, 2020) to comfortably accommodate (max) 11 - more if the extras are babies in cots (1 cot is in the house). The ground floor has 3 bedrooms - each with a queen size bed. The largest room also has 3 single beds (bunks). All have wardrobes. Ground floor also houses a fully equipped laundry - washing machine, dryer, iron/board, cupboard filled with beach towels. A family bathroom features seperate bath and shower. Then there's a huge family 'fun' room - pool table, huge smart TV, PS4, bean bags, kitchenette with fridge.... leading out to a verandah with a spa! Upstairs at the front end is the ideal 'parent's retreat - office/sitting room, balcony, bedroom with queen size bed and another smart TV, walk-in-robe and an ensuite featuring a spa-bath. A large living/dining/lounge area features a log fire, powder room, dining table for 10, leather couches, massive smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals for all guests including a walk-in pantry. A large balcony is attached with a BBQ and outdoor dining setting for 12. Up the back stairs, to the roof - amazing views of Western Port Bay, Phillip Island and the Mornington Peninsula. Sit with a glass of wine and enjoy - or lie down to soak up some sun. Guest access All spaces are for our guests. Other things to note Important! Unlike most holiday houses, we don't charge extra for bedding, its all included! Bathroom towels, face-washers, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels - even beach towels! PETS: we've said pets are allowed, but, we mean the well trained, little poodle-cross type dog... if you have large dogs or want to bring multiple pets, please ask in advance. We'll aim to accommodate but we also need to ensure the house/contents are in good order for the next guests.
