The Apartment is very close to the sultan’s palace - Istana Nurul Iman. It is also centrally located, about 5 minutes drive into City center, Kiulap and Gadong commercial Areas. The Apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids). CCTVs and Autogate on ground floor for security purpose. 2 shaded private parking bays -labelled as 8A and 8B. Extra 5 unshaded car parking bay. Apartment surroundings are maintained and cleaned daily by the apartment cleaner. Three bedrooms: -Master bedroom (ensuite room) fitted with air conditioner with attached Toilet/ bathroom fitted with water heater Queen size bed and a sofa bed for 3 pax -2nd bedroom equipped with air conditioner with 2 single beds for 2 pax -3rd bedroom equipped with air conditioner with 1 king size bed for 3 pax max -one detached toilet/bathroom equipped with water heater to be shared among 2nd and 3rd bedrooms guests - Living room with 6 seaters sofa and a TV. Dinning area with 6 seaters dinning table. The area are equipped with 2 units of air conditioners -kitchen equipped with fridge, cooking stoves and utensils, cutlery etc. -Balcony with wall attached cloth drying rail -Laundry area with washing machine Guest access Please advise me when making your booking that you are bringing a car. My parking space is number 8A and 8B. You are free to use that space only. Please do not park in other parking bays as they belong to other apartments. There are also extra unshaded car parking spaces specifically for visitors within the property boundary Other things to note I want you to enjoy your stay in my apartment. Please feel free to use the lounge, watch TV. If using the kitchen please clean up after yourselves. Please lock the main door at anytime. Please be considerate to neighbors by keeping reasonably low noise. Shoe rack is provided in front of main door, please take off shoes before entering the apartment. Please switch off electrical appliances when not in use. There are designated smoking area i.e. balcony just outside the living room, pantry room, generally outside the apartment. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. We do not provide Bath towels. Please bring along your towels. Please do not take away anything that belongs to the property. Please keep your valuable items safe at all time, we do not take any responsibility for the lost.
