Thank you for choosing to stay at one of Payten Streets Properties - Brand new 1 bedroom unit, right on Newcastle Harbour in Honeysuckle, one of the newest locations. Ideal for a couple’s getaway with plenty of restaurants, cafes & bars within walking: •500m to the Crown Plaza •2.5km to Nobbys Beach •1.5km to Darby st Sleeps 2 with 1 Queen Bed, car space, large veranda perfect for outdoor dining and wifi. Perfect for leisure & business Guest access Guest have full uninterrupted access to the apartment. Other things to note - Please note that check-in and check-out times are strict as it allows our cleaning team to have all houses ready for the next guest, early check-in (from 12pm) or late check-out (12pm) can sometimes be arrange - a $50 fee is required for both ($50 each). This needs to be arranged and paid for in advance as special arrangements do need to be organised. Please note that requests for early access on the day of check in will not be accepted. - Cancellation Policy is firm - We will show you 100% respect and we do ask that the same is shown to us, we are in a business where things come up and we will do our best to assist you and rectify any issues asap - We do have 4 small children 6 & under so we are not always available to take your call or respond to your message straight away but we will get back to you as soon as possible.
