Villa Allegra 2BR - Bohemian chic in Zurich

Located half way above Zurich in the mansions district, Villa Allegra is an old lady built in 1907 in typical Swiss chalet style. It’s situated, not far from the city center by foot or public transport and yet set in beautiful natural green surroundings. The 3 room apartment with 70 sqm of space, can host up to 4 adults. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and is full of charm. The house is divided in 3 units of which 2 are offered on AirBnB (Garden private use by owners only). The space The apartment has two bedrooms that each hold double beds. Guests can separate into single beds if needed. One of the bedrooms which is bigger, holds two lounge seats and therefore functions also as living room since it includes a TV with an Apple TV Box incl. Netflix. Please be aware, that there is not a separate living room situation. The second bedroom is wainscoted with wood and has a beautiful vault. There is enough space in either of the rooms to add a baby-bed if necessary. A big well equipped kitchen with a table for four together invites you to stay in for cozy times and enjoy a great meal. The bathroom with tub and shower completes this lovely garden level apartment. Guest access Your private patio right infront of the entrance to your Airbnb unit invites you to relax after a busy day. A table with chairs and sun-shade for your convenience as in pictures. The garden area in front of the house and the pergola are private and not shared with guests of the Airbnb. Using the trampolin is prohibited at any times. We take no liability if someone is hurt in case of an injury. Other things to note The house lies in a blue zone parking area with an hourly stay for free. Daily tickets can be arranged at the cost of CHF 15.00 if required. We would like to mention, that the house is situated close to a church. If you are sound and noise sensitive, that might be a disturbing problem. It is a swiss tradition, that the church bell ring by the full hour, telling us the time. Most of our guests like the sound and I myself do not even hear it anymore. So it actually is a very personal perception that we cannot influence nor change due to the fact, that the house nor the church can be moved.
