It is a single large space room, attached to the house, with private entrance. It is located at the northeast side of Miami, close to Golden Glades, a highway which connects to the main expressways. Easy access to the most important places in Miami: Miami Beach, Biscayne Blvd, Downtown, Wynwood, Newport Beach/Pier for swimming and fishing, Oleta River Park, Haulover Beach, Aventura Mall, Hollywood Beach, Hard Rock, Miami Airport (14.2 miles), FLL Airport (13 miles). The space It is a comfortable and private studio, its located at the back side of the house, the kitchenette is outside like picture shows. It is approximately fifteen minutes driving to the beaches. Despite being in the city it has a country like atmosphere with abundant vegetation. There is no key, you use a keyboard with a code that I going to send on the same day of arrival. Check-in is after 5:00 pm and check out before 1:00 pm. Please do not ask for earlier arrival, we will let you know if it is ready earlier. The parking spot is outside, you going to see a sign of do not park here, it is your parking spot. Although it is for two people, there is a futon that can accommodate a child. Guest access The entrance is on the left side of the house after passing the metal gate, go back until you reach the backyard. Parking outside the house, as you can see in the picture. There is a keypad key with a code that will be provided to you as soon as the place is ready. Other things to note There are cameras outside the property Please, if you are planning for a surgery or dying your hair, bring your own stuff, I will charge $10 for damaged towels or bed sheets. Also, if something breaks (a plate or a glass) by accident, you should notify it as soon as possible and it is more likely you will not be charged for the damage if you notify on time.
