We hope your stay with us is tranquil & serene. Quality furnishings surround you in this peaceful setting located in the coastal suburb of Wamberal on the Central Coast of New South Wales. Private entry, off street parking, Pool, BBQ & outdoor entertainment area, you can be assured you will feel rested by the end of your stay. We are located just over an hours drive from larger cities Newcastle and Sydney where domestic & international flights depart daily. The space Located on the lower level of our house, you will enjoy your own private, spacious modern lounge/bedroom which consists of 1 x queen bed and the lounge converts to a queen sofa bed. (Pls note they are all in the same room). The cute kitchen and dining areas are off the bedroom/lounge area. It has a private shower with separate toilet and vanity. Laundry facilities available which include a front loader washing machine & dryer. (Strictly long term guests ONLY). Heater provided for winter and a fan for summer but not really needed as the rooms stay at a comfortable level most of the year. The crystal clear pool and it’s surroundings will make you feel refreshed & well rested. Our beautiful gardens surround you and our covered back deck has BBQ facilities available & our small backyard is ideal for your pooch to use. We ask that you ensure your fur baby doesn’t trample through the gardens and their droppings are collected immediately. Please note that these outside areas are also shared with the host and their pets. *This is a non-smoking listing*. Guest access Guests have their own private entry to their private space which is wheel chair friendly. There is a small seating area off the back of the guest suite for guests to take in the serenity and ambience of the gardens. Common areas available to guests also include: Pool, BBQ and outdoor deck area, back yard. Private areas that are NOT accessible for guests include the upstairs internal house & garage. More than happy for you to use the fire pit though you would need to supply your own wood. (Pls check fire restrictions). Use at own risk. Please note common areas are not easily accessible with a wheel chair. Other things to note *This is a non-smoking listing*. There are some areas of the guest suite that have a lower ceiling than normal - please check with hosts first if you are over 6ft tall. We assure you that you will find the space modern, very clean & tidy. Your privacy is respected and considered in every way & we will only interact when invited. Please note that the guest suite is located in the downstairs section of our home and residents reside on the upper level. Although we do our best to minimize noise, please understand that inevitably some noise may filter through at times. We do not tolerate parties or large gatherings & we hope that you respect your surroundings as much as we do. We have one resident cat Zuki. She lives outside majority of the time & we do not allow her access to the guest suite. You may cross paths with her when outside in common areas. We also have a dog Luna. When we have guests she is contained on the deck or inside our premises and away from guests. The fenced grassed back yard which is directly off the guest suite is for guests and their pet. We appreciate your respect & kindness towards our furry three legged resident if you meet up with her. Registration Details Exempt
