MANTA, a ‘Not-for-Profit’ organization, offers 5 simple en-suite rooms on the beach in Mui Ne, with a range of watersports. An ideal location for safe swimming and other aquatics, thanks to a gentle beach gradient, protected from northeasterly winds (Oct-Nov to May). In the low season (Jun to Oct-Nov), the southwest winds can bring in rubbish. A massive beach clean-up, on-going weekly, is keeping that at bay. The space This room comes with Queen-size bedroom, air-conditioning and a 10- seconds access to beach. Listen to a nightly lullaby wave. Perfect for your family or couple retreat. Though set up for sailing, no need to sail to stay at MANTA! Feel free to relax and make yourself at home! *HOUSE RULES (To make everyone enjoy their times at MANTA): 1. No pets allowed 2. No smoking in rooms or in kitchen area 3. No food to be stored or eaten in rooms. Long term guests may have use of kitchen but all food should be stored either in the fridge/freezer or sealed plastic containers. 4. The opening times are 9.30am to 5.30pm. So please think twice about loud late night partying on site, so everyone has a chance to work, rest and play! There are party venues on the doorstep and further afield to recommend once you've arrived. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: *Dinghy sailing (coaching, rental or skippered boats). (Additional cost) *Windsurfing. Long term rentals are welcome. Guest access Unrestricted: There's a large room, with kitchen and bar and ping pong table, which is on the beach. The bedrooms with bathrooms are all off the central room. The beachfront is ideal for you to do yoga, gym, or chill-out with a cocktail and magnificent sunset view/night fishing view. Just let one of the staff know you are doing the stand-up paddle. On one side you'll see the red dunes, on the other the floating fishfarms, with Mui Ne fishing village in the distance ahead. Other things to note The following sleeper bus companies depart from HCMC and will drop you at MANTA: Tam Hanh, Hanh Cafe, Futa/Phung Trang and take approx. 5 hours, Futa approx. 6 hours. Sinh Cafe bus stops about 5 km short of Mui Ne, a short taxi ride away.
