Vientiane in Laos. In the village of Bo Au.

My place is on the banks of the Mekong River in a small village. You’ll love my place because of very peaceful and quiet and has lovely views of the Mekong as well as an evening sunset. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. We are in a village that is around 25 minutes from the city centre of Vientiane. ( costs around US$6 one way by took took) The space We have a very spacious room above the garage which is very comfortable and has it's own on-suite bathroom. Great views of the Mekong. This is very private and separate from the main house. Has a TV and a dvd video player. Guest access We welcome guests who can use the kitchen as well as washing machine etc. During your stay We can advise on places of interest to visit. We cn also arrange for the local took took driver to take you around. Other things to note We are not in the city or even within walking distance. There are nice walks around the village where we live, along the banks of the Mekong river. You can even sit and do some fishing. English is not widely spoken so communication except in lao or Thai, is limited.
