Ours is a large rustic house in a quiet village on the first hills above Loano. The multi-level structure, the stone walls, the vaults with exposed bricks and the original fireplace make the house unique! It has a beautiful garden, well and fruit trees, where you can dine under the romantic gazebo cooking on the barbecue. The terrace on the top floor with a view from the sea to the mountains is perfect for breakfast or sunbathing from dawn to dusk. Everything for complete relaxation. The space This is a unique opportunity to move into an ancient building on three floors with a beautiful independent garden, a cozy terrace with a stunning sea view, a fully equipped kitchen. It can accommodate up to 6 people, having two double bedrooms and a double sofa-bed in the big living room, two bathrooms and a double garage. The large fireplace and the vaulted brick ceilings makes the house unforgettable!!! Guest access The house is entirely at your exclusive disposal. The entrance to the garden is located directly on a municipal road, next to it is the entrance to the garage, any other free parking spaces are just a few steps away. All year round, even in August, there are no parking problems.
