If your looking for a great place to rest your head and walk to everything this is your place. Located above one of the best restaurants in town... the Las Animas Grill. This studio does not have a separate bedroom. All dogs must first be approved by host. Absolutely NO cats and puppy’s must be approved and kept in a crate. The space This is a upstairs studio apartment with the bedroom and living room as one room. It has a full bed and a futon for guest sleeping. i has a full kitchen as well coffee maker. We are located one block off the river in historical trinidad, colorado. Other things to note There is a slightly steep set of stairs to go up to the room. There is no elevator! NO SMOKING of any kind allowed in the building! This will result in a $250 fee! NO CATS allowed in the building! Host is highly allergic. All dogs must be approved by host and puppies must be in a crate. Any pet damage or potty accidents will result in a fee as well.
