A 4 bed/2 bath home with 2 rooms on BNB, it is walking distance from 360 panoramic views. It offers easy access to many other trails and some of Sedona's best shops, restaurants, and event venues--including Chocolat Tree, HotYoga, Shine, SunMoon, HumanKind, Oak Creek Brewery, Natural Grocers, Whole Foods and 89A where you'll find everything you need :) The space This home is designed to help you feel relaxed and inspired. Lovingly curated with a mix of modern, western and multiethnic pieces, you may fall in more deeply in love with life admiring a painting or having a glass of something delicious on the back patio. With a very unique floor plan, it’s easy to find your own space or connect with another guest as it flows. Some guests enjoy their solitude while others enjoy spontaneous connection. This home ~ like Sedona ~ has a way of offering just what your Spirit seeks <3 I am honored to display the artwork of Irene Vincent as well as other local and international artists ~ many of whom I've met along the way. Every piece in my home has a story... Hope you will enjoy creating your own here :) Guest access Guests can access the welcome room, family room, and backyard. Kitchen access is limited to 15-20 minute meal preps as the kitchen is a shared space and host requests kitchen remain accessible at all times. Guests are welcome to store a few items in the fridge. During your stay While you can always reach out on the app here or via text or call. You will often find me working on some home renovation project or deep in the zone with my work. Other things to note This is a 4 bed / 2 bathroom home. Two rooms are available on Airbnb. I have my own bedroom and there is a guest room /office. There is also a lovely casita in the backyard that has its own toilet & outdoor shower. On very cold nights casita guest may need to shower indoors. While most guests are out and about during the day, you may bump into another person or couple renting the other bedroom. Guests generally love and enjoy the serendipity of encounters they experience. However, if you like to keep to yourself you can do that and be at ease. Work desk available upon request.
