The space Featuring modern Balinese architecture, Villa Nelayan is tastefully decorated in a traditional minimalist style, equipped with state-of-the-art handmade furniture. This five-bedroom villa is well suited for groups of friends or families. Located in Canggu, the villa occupies an excellent location next to verdant green rice fields and 300-meter away from Nelayan Beach. It is also just a short 15-minute drive from Seminyak, where guests can hunt for famous restaurants, shops and night spots. Bedrooms Villa Nelayan comprises 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with king-sized bed, 2 bedrooms with queen-sized bed and 1 with 2 single beds) tastefully designed and decorated, located in separate buildings with their own ensuite marble bathroom with outdoor rain shower and bath. The bedrooms look out to the tropical garden and pool, which is also a fine choice for alfresco dining or BBQ. Outdoor areas A 25 meter “T” shaped pool, includes a shallow area for kids and is surrounded by a wooden deck equipped with bean bags and sun loungers to relax on and soak up Bali’s sunshine. With its flats lawns, Villa Nelayan is also ideal for small weddings and events. Indoor areas The Javanese entrance to the villa leads to an open-air common area, overlooking a beautiful T-shaped swimming pool and tropical Bali garden decorated with an antique fisherman or ‘nelayan’ Boat, iconic to Villa Nelayan. The living and dining areas are designed in an open plan to embrace tropical living. Next to the fully equipped kitchen is a wooden dining table where 10 people can enjoy a delicious meal. Get together and relax on one of the 3 sofas while catching up with friends or watch a movie on the flat screen TV. A set of wooden stairs next to the dining area leads up to an open air terrace that allows guest to enjoy a lovely view of the greenery all around. Guest access Your stay at our villa will be made seamless and enjoyable with the support of a dedicated Villa Manager, who will be your main point of contact throughout your stay. Other things to note Check-In : Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth and personalized check-in experience. Check-in is available from 14:00 to 21:00. Late check-in is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Kindly note that our staff does not remain on standby at the villa at all times. Therefore, please notify us of your estimated arrival time in advance. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid ID along with the booking voucher or confirmation letter, and complete a registration form, including a signed acknowledgment of our villa policies. Check-Out : Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and will incur additional charges: - 50% of the villa rate for check-outs between 12:00 and 18:00 - 100% of the villa rate for check-outs after 18:00 Maximum Occupancy & Extra Guest Policy : The base rate includes up to 10 guests, and the villa can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. From the 11th guest to the 12th guest—will incur an extra guest charge per person per night. Additional Services & Vendors : We are happy to pre-arrange additional services or vendors to enhance your stay. All services & vendors will incur an extra charge, to be confirmed before the service begins. To ensure the safety and quality of your experience, we strongly encourage guests to coordinate all additional services & vendors through our dedicated guest services team. - Premium airport transfers - Grocery shopping (e.g., bread, beverages, fruits, vegetables) - Floating breakfast - Private chef or private dining experiences - Full-day or half-day transportation with a personal driver - Local tours, rafting, and other activities or experiences - In-villa massage treatments - Baby equipment rental - Security guard services - Floral arrangements or special decorations - Personal trainer sessions - And more – just ask! Event Policy : Please be informed the rates for the booking in this platform is valid for Stay only without any event. Kindly inform us in advance if you plan to hold any event in this villa during your stay. Subject to our approval, an additional fee will be applied for Event Fee, Permit Fee to local authorities, and Security Deposit Fee, to be confirmed and paid directly to the villa before the event begins. Any event which involves additional guests that exceed the maximum occupancy or bringing additional equipment such as catering, sound system, or any other equipment for event purposes without prior approval is not allowed during your stay. Penalty will be applied in case of any violence.
