Guest access You will have exclusive access to the whole apartment. Other things to note -The apartment upstairs is doing a minor works, it is possible that there may be noise between 8 and 18.00. - Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out). - Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival - Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in). - We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. - Parties are not allowed. - It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€. - The flat´s capacity is of 4 people. No additional guests allowed. - Please take out the trash before check-out. - Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment. - You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient! - A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 6.90€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay. Regardless of whether any guest stays for fewer nights, the tax is applied to the total number of nights in the reservation. -Starting May 1st, the tourist tax will increase to €9.35 (VAT included), per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. - For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation. -Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost. Registration Details HUTB-008506
