Our NEWLY RENOVATED Villa is located in a traditional village, just three km from Maleme beach. It is ideal for families and large groups since our home has everything you might need for your stay. Located near Crete's main road you will have fast access to Beaches such as Falasarna and Balos! The space NEWLY RENOVATED countryside villa located in the village of Xamoudochori, in a beautiful countryside location, among vineyards and olive groves. The magnificent villa with jacuzzi is the ideal place for families or group of friends. The villa has just been renovated to the highest standards to offer guests the perfect combination of authenticity and contemporary style. With a lot of space outside and inside, it consists of a spacious, bright living/dining room area, a fully equipped kitchen/sitting area , 3 comfortable bedrooms with double beds, 2 large bathrooms with washer, accomodating 6+1 guests comfortably. A sheltered outside terrace with new beautiful outdoor “dining/lounge” furniture, BBQ and jacuzzi. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has good wifi. The closest airport is located 35 km away. Marakas Winery Villa is the property of a family that is known for their wine production and guests of the villa are treated to a free degustation and tour of their winery.
