Our Airbnb is a spacious 1400sq ft fully-furnished private walk-out basement. The space has all the basic amenities and comforts along side a 65in HD TV, ping-pong table, and a foosball table. Our property is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our Airbnb is prefect for all sorts of guests. Nearby you will find I-90 thruway, UofR, RIT, Strong Memorial Hospital, Airport, and great dining spots. The space A 1400 sq ft private walk-out basement. You will have access to a private entrance/exit from the Airbnb. The layout is very open and spacious - much like a large studio. The main sleeping area with a king and full sized mattress is off to one side separated from the main living room by the staircase that leads upstairs (which is off limits for our guests for our privacy). In the living area there is another queen sized mattress, a cozy sectional, a 65in smart HD TV. Look through the rest of our listing for more details. For our guests we also provide a mini fridge and coffee machine. Please note the we reside in the upper floors of the home. Guest access The guests have private access to the entire basement guest suite. The first and second floors are off limits for our guests to ensure our own privacy. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. Any extra guests or visitors are subject to extra charges and possible cancellation of reservation. Other things to note The walkway to the private entrance can get slippery with ice and snow during the winter despite our efforts to keep it clean. In such situations, your safety is our #1 priority and our front entrance will be open for you! (Please use your discretion to use either the front door or the private entrance during the winter months as we will not be liable for any type of damage or injuries.)
