Close to subway, opera, restaurants, cafes, museums. It's a typical Lyon apartment. The apartment is on the 5th floor without elevator access. But it's worth being under the roof! The space This is a charming, cozy 65 m² apartment with rooftop views, hardwood floors, and fireplaces, located on a very busy street with boutiques, shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cinemas, galleries, museums, and café terraces—it's a very lively neighborhood! You are in the heart of the city... I like to travel, my living space is from the Orient. I offer you my simplicity and an atmosphere rather than luxury; however, the apartment is very functional. Guest access It can accommodate 4 people, with two sleeping areas in my oriental-style living room (removable bench seats with firm and softer wool mattresses), and a private bedroom with a double bed. A kitchen equipped enough to be functional The bathroom has a bathtub, is bright, and overlooks the rooftops. Other things to note No smoking, but occasionally through the bathroom window... Please be considerate of my neighbors when using the staircase and the apartment. Non smoking place but really may be in a window in the bathroom but rarelly. Pleasebe quiet for my neighbors in the all corridor and in my flat too
