The space The Maiskogel flat is particularly cosy and offers space for 5 people. It has one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a single bed, as well as another bedroom with another double bed. The open-plan living area is spacious and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a pull-out sofa to make yourself comfortable after an active day in the mountains. Guests also have access to a communal sauna, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available so you can freshen up your clothes. For all skiers and snowboarders, there is a practical ski storage room and a ski dryer to take the best care of your equipment. And if you can't quite forget about work on holiday, there is free Wi-Fi available. The holiday home is located near the centre, so you can easily reach shops and restaurants. The ski bus stop is only 80 metres away, giving you easy access to the surrounding ski areas. There are two parking spaces available for the Maiskogel flat, so you can conveniently park your car. In addition, the lift station Familienberg Maiskogel is in the immediate vicinity, so you can quickly get to the slopes. Guest access Holiday home with 2 flats. Other things to note ## Additional Costs: Security Deposit & Tourist Tax 🏷️ **Tourist Tax** A mandatory tourist tax applies to all guests aged **15 years and older**. The following tourist tax rates currently apply or have been announced for Kaprun: • **€2.55** per person per night until 31.10.2026 • **€4.05** per person per night from 01.11.2026 • **€4.65** per person per night from 01.05.2027 • **€5.15** per person per night from 01.11.2027 Please note that the tourist tax is **not included in the accommodation price** and must be **paid on site**.
