Apartment located a few meters from the lake, has two bedrooms, and is arranged on two floors. Kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor and on the first floor 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Equipped with a washing machine and a lake view from the double bedroom. Parking included 100 meters from the apartment. NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE (to be paid on site): - €40 per pet for the entire stay. - €2.50 accommodation tax per person per day (over 14 years). The space We would like to inform you about what you will find upon your arrival in the apartment: - Sheets/bedding (on the double beds you will find a double sheet, not two single sheets, in case you express your preference). - Towels (one face towel and one body towel per person). - The kitchen towel is white terry cloth. - Dish detergent and sponge. - 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. - 4 capsules for the washing machine. - Hand soap in the bathroom. - Dishes, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups and cooking utensils. - Kettle, moka coffee maker. (NO American-style coffee machine). - NO toaster. - NO microwave oven (Yes, electric oven). - NO food: spices, oil, salt, vinegar, etc. (If a guest purchases something and does not bring it with them, the item will be left in the apartment for everyone to use). - YES: Hair dryer (one per bathroom). - NO German/English TV channels IMPORTANT: • If the guest needs additional quantities of toilet paper, washing machine capsules, dish soap, or hand soap during the stay, it will be their responsibility to purchase these items. • If the guest needs additional linens during the stay, they have the option of washing and reusing the ones provided upon arrival (free of charge). Alternatively, the costs for extra linens are as follows: €15 for a double bed, €8 for a single bed, €3 for a face towel, and €5 for a bath towel. THIS IS BECAUSE, UNDER ITALIAN LAW, WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PROVIDE HOTEL SERVICES.
