New York Style Loft on Chapel St

This bright, spacious apartment is in the heart of Chapel St in a beautiful heritage building. This is a fantastic base if you're visiting Melbourne for both pleasure or work. Chapel St is famous for it's shopping, night life and great food and they'll all be at your door step. Just a 17 minute tram ride from the city centre or 10 mins by car. The space The apartment has a really great vibe. It has an open mezzanine layout. There is a large living and dining area for relaxing or having some friends for dinner. Guest access Bedroom: There is somewhere to hang clothes in both bedrooms. The master bedroom opens up to the mezzanine. The 2nd bedroom is entirely private. Office: You have use of the office space and basic stationary. Entertainment: There is Netflix on the apple tv and a selection of board games. Kitchen: There is a nespresso machine and milk frother for you to use. Complimentary eco friendly pods and a selection of tea. You are welcome to use oils, seasoning, herbs and spices from the cupboard. There are plenty of cooking tools, plates and glasses to use. Laundry: There is a washing machine with a clothes horse to hang your things. Other things to note I will leave some milk in the fridge.
