The 150-year-old Trullo Barratta was born in the countryside of Martina Franca, a few kilometers from Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Ostuni, Polignano, Matera... The trullo, an ancient stone building full of charm, is located in a quiet area, surrounded by centuries-old oaks, majestic olive trees and a charming flower garden with fruit trees. The space In the large outdoor area you will have a large parking lot with security gates, in the center a large ancient farmyard with a gazebo furnished with table and chairs. Above all, you can have excellent barbecues thanks to the presence of a barbecue. You will have a private pool with shower, a hammock and a swing under a 100-year-old fig tree. The trullo consists of: - A double bedroom furnished with a large desk, an air conditioner, a large wardrobe, a window overlooking the garden, all under a large cone. - A bedroom with two single beds and a window overlooking the garden. -Other little room with a sofa bed always with a window with two steps to the kitchen - A very large living room with a sofa, a table with 6 chairs, a TV, and a pellet stove, all under an antique mezzanine that was used in the past as a storage area for farmers' crops. - A super-equipped kitchen with: air conditioning, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, moka, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, and everything you need for cooking. - A bathroom with shower, washing machine, hair dryer and bath linen. - A storage room with ironing board and iron. The property has two entrance doors, one in the kitchen and the other in the living room, and each room has a window with mosquito nets. - The property is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector, a gas detector and a fire extinguisher to ensure maximum safety for guests.
