"Trullo Barratta" with pool

The 150-year-old Trullo Barratta was born in the countryside of Martina Franca, a few kilometers from Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Ostuni, Polignano, Matera....... My accommodation is ideal for those who want to experience a relaxing holiday, surrounded by nature in a serene and authentic atmosphere. The trullo, an ancient stone building full of charm, is located in a quiet area, surrounded by centuries-old oaks, majestic olive trees and an enchanting flower garden with fruit trees. The space In the large outdoor area you will have a large parking lot with security gates, in the center a large ancient farmyard with a gazebo furnished with table and chairs. Above all, you can have excellent barbecues thanks to the presence of a barbecue. You will have a private pool with shower, a hammock and a swing under a 100-year-old fig tree. Totally independent structure bordered by dry stone walls. You can also take bike rides to observe nature, the trulli, and the numerous farms. From the terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views, not to mention the beautiful sunset. The trullo consists of: - A double bedroom furnished with a large desk, air conditioning, a large wardrobe, and a window overlooking the garden, all under a large cone. -A bedroom with two single beds with a window overlooking the garden. -Another small room with a sofa bed, also equipped with a window with two steps that lead to the kitchen. - A very large living room with a sofa, a table with 6 chairs, a TV, and a pellet stove, all under an antique loft that was used in the past as a storage area for crops by farmers. - A super-equipped kitchen with: air conditioning, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, moka pot, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook. - A bathroom with a shower, washing machine, hairdryer, and bath linens. - A storage room with an ironing board and iron. The property has two entrance doors, one in the kitchen and the other in the living room, and each room has a window with mosquito nets. -There is a carbon monoxide detector, a gas detector and a fire extinguisher in the property to ensure maximum guest safety.
