A peaceful north west facing deck with water views offering a quiet space to relax. Immaculately clean and well maintained. A 100m walk to the main street shops and 500m walk to the beach. Courtyard with outdoor hot shower. Space for one car to park in the driveway. Plenty of on street parking out the front. The space The Lighthouse is fully fitted with all modern conveniences to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Downstairs terrazzo floors lead you to three bright and spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower, full bath and separate toilet. The master bedroom comprises a king size bed, en-suite and large wall mounted tv. The second bedroom is very spacious and has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two single beds. All rooms have large robes. The laundry and second bedroom both have access doors onto the courtyard. Upstairs is a large open plan living area which comprises of loungeroom, kitchen, 8 seater dining table and powder room with toilet. A fully kitted out kitchen complete with modern appliances including microwave, cake mixer, blender and a range of cookbooks. Oversized comfortable leather couches create a cozy space in the lounge room which hosts a large wall mounted tv and offers views from west facing windows looking out onto Westernport Bay. Games, toys and sound system all available for your use during your stay. Central heating and air conditioning throughout. Weber bbq on the deck and a spare gas bottle in the laundry. Front loading washing machine with full size washing line in the courtyard. A range of games and toys are in the downstairs cupboard and toy chest. Wifi throughout Located in the garage are some beach toys and child size boogie boards. BYO linen or it can be included for an additional fee of $120. Seven days notice required. N.B.
