Our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage is a short 2 min walk to our beautiful Bay Beach (Crystal Beach) entrance and park. This cottage is suitable for a small family. We prefer no more than 4 adults. Beach passes are included for all of our guests. We are within walking distance to the many restaurants and shops that can be found when exploring our little beach community. The space Our 1000 square foot cottage offers: -a fully equipped kitchen -the front yard includes a propane BBQ, composite picnic table, sitting area and composite chairs -an enclosed front porch -bedding, towels and pillows -heating, AC and fans -beach towels, chairs, umbrella and toys for the beach -Free WIFI, Smart TV's, antenna and apps including Netflix and Amazon Prime We sleep up to 5 people and prefer a maximum of 4 adults. Bed and Bath included as follows: Main Floor -Half bath Upper Floor -Bedroom 1 - Double bed (sleeps 2) -Bedroom 2 - Bunk bed (double bottom and twin top -sleeps 3) -Full bath The Niagara peninsula has many activities to explore and keep our guests entertained while not at the beach. We are a short drive to Buffalo, New York, USA (bring your passports), Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our local activities/attractions include historic old Fort Erie (tours offered), Safari Niagara (zoo), Fort Erie horse racing track, weekend farmers markets, the shops of Crystal Beach and Ridgeway, and Point Abino historical lighthouse which offers tours in the summer months. 25 min away is Niagara Falls, Canada where one can get close and personal to this wonder of the world! Niagara Falls offers activites at the busy Clifton Hill at the falls, Fallsview Casino Resort and the home of the OLG stage (concerts), waterparks, river boat cruises to the base of the falls, helicopter tours over the falls bird kingdom, zip lining and obstacle course at height at Wild Play Niagara, floral clock and gardens, butterflies, hiking in the gorge, aero car rides over the river, outlet shopping and golf courses. 35 min away in historic Niagara-on-the-Lake where many, many shops can be found including Cows ice cream! You'll also find the award winning Shaw theatre, old Fort George (tours offered), horse carriage rides, golfing and many wineries to tour and dine including Wayne Gretzky's (whiskey room for the guys as well). Day trips to Toronto by car take approx. 1.5 hours. There you will find Canada's boys of summer, the Toronto Blue Jays, Ripley's aquarium, Medieval Times dinner and tournament and the thrilling Canada's Wonderland. Guest access The front door is your access to the cottage. You will have access to the front patio including composite picnic table, composite adirondack chairs, towel drying rack and BBQ. Along the side of the cottage you have access to the garbage/recycling area, balls in a bin, and a garden hose to wash off any sand before you enter the cottage. Other things to note Guests are expected to follow the rules below: *Uphold standard of cleanliness to the cottage *Quiet times are between 11 pm and 8am *Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am sharp unless other arrangements have been made *The renter whose name is on the reservation will be the person to check in/out, and will be responsible for the conduct of all individuals occupying the cottage and/or grounds throughout the duration of their stay. *The renter will provide the names of all the occupants staying in the cottage. *No smoking or vaping on the property *No candles/incense burning *No guests *No parties *No guests after 11pm *Guests are expected to follow posted instructions on garbage, recycling and composting. *Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the cottage property caused by them or as a result of their negligence. *Maximum parking spaces available is 2. Paid street parking is available.
