The space We have a very big bed, bigger than king size,suitable for European guests.It has big living room and bedroom equipped with air conditioner,fans,cable TV,sofas. This tranquil and peaceful place will help you to relax and unwind.The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils available for guest who loves to cook.We also encourage the guest to explore the amazing restaurants around.The host and staff are always around to meet your needs. Other things to note We have a very quiet and tranquil place so we set few rules for our guest; 1.The host has a friendly German shepherd dog.Other pets are not allowed in the vicinity. 2.Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. A fee of P3,000 will be charged as a penalty.Guest can smoke outside or in their private balcony. 3.The room is suitable for maximum 3 persons only.(Please don't ask for additional) 4.Only guest registered through Airbnb are allowed in the property.(no outside guest allowed) 5.Please turn off your air conditioner when you leave your apartment as electricity here is expensive. 6.Any damage in our bed sheets,towels and kitchen utensils will be charged. 7.Please be courteous to other guest in the property.All noise should stop by 10pm. 8.Our apartment is not suitable for young children. 9.Guest are welcome to use the infinity pool from 8am to 9pm. 10.Key is given upon check and should be given back to the host upon check-out. 11.Cooking dried fish is prohibited inside the apartments but the staff can cook it for you in the staff house kitchen. 12.Glasses are not allowed at the swimming pool.
