-Studio G2- This is a one-room condominium with a loft, a 4-minute walk from Higashi-Ikebukuro Station. It is a very convenient location just 1 station from Ikebukuro, and about 15 minutes on foot. Please refrain from taking home items such as slippers and towels. * Please be careful not to leave anything behind. If you leave the room 30 minutes after the specified time, you will be charged an extension fee of 2,200 yen for every 30 minutes. ▼ If you lose or damage the key, you will be charged 9,000 yen. In addition, we will charge you an appropriate amount of compensation if you damage the equipment in the room, so please use it carefully. ▼ Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. If you are found to have done so, you will be charged a penalty of 50,000 yen. ▼ If a fire occurs due to your negligence and the room becomes unusable, we will charge you an appropriate compensation. Please take the utmost care when handling fire. ▼ Accommodation exceeding the number of guests booked is strictly prohibited.
