We have a large room air purifier, not that you'll need it unless you like to have them running, but we are very sensitive and run them as part of our cleaning process. We treat guests like we treat ourselves! Also, we use free and clear detergent for the bedding/towels and are very conscious of products in our home whenever possible. You are able to use the laundry as well. It is in the garage, which you have access to. The shampoo provided is free of parabens, whenever possible etc. and we have steamers for you in each bathroom cabinet (under the sink). Here we have all you could need to bring your clothes and enjoy the serene mountain views and serenity of the fountains against the lake! At night it's lit up so beautifully. We cater to romantic getaways, retirees, businesses and families with kids and babies plmk and we’ll let you know what we have and can bring over i.e. pack n play, swing, etc. We provide lot's of coffee - Nespresso, coffee, creme, sugar, abundant spices. Additionally, there's luggage racks and many shelves in the medium to large mirrored closets (master has multiple). If you feel like a gorgeous walk it's only 7 minutes to the Tennis Club that serves free coffee daily and has limited hot breakfast. Electric vehicle charging is at the club house For a fancy dinner the dining room there has a full bar in the big beautiful country club building next to the tennis courts. They often have filet mignon and all of the menu is seasonal so sometimes, if it's the season, you can catch lobster there. It's really good and a GREAT value all while looking out at the beautiful San Jacinto mountains, golf course, and more. There are also over a dozen fountains and so many lakes throughout the gated country club of your home away from home! THE FURNITURE: We have two matching sofas in the living room including a large sectional and ottoman in addition to the beds You’ll love sleeping on cozy kings in both bedrooms and the air mattress. For those with kids we have a bean bag chair in the walk in closet off the bathroom, bottles, as well as a warmer for making hard boiled eggs or heating bottles. We have all the kitchenware you need. We also have plenty of cups, plates, wine glasses, a new large set of champagne glasses, and much more. We constantly are stocking the house for guests after each guest we stock. We provide creamer, lot's of coffees - 3 types, for a regular coffee maker, which we have two of us just in case; a Nespresso, and instant coffee for those who like that. We ourselves are coffee connoisseurs and we enjoy sharing whatever we have at the house with you. Pots, pans, spices, double ovens, egg boiler, bottle warmer, we have lot's for your enjoyment! Even in the closet is a box of some dog toys. Our community is dog friendly. HEAD ON LAKE VIEWS are from almost every room except guest/its bath & it faces your private courtyard! All new lighting, new non stick cookware, toaster oven, chef's knife set, new LED tvs, new barstools at the counter, new curtains, designer stainless steel finishings throughout. Also new open kitchen, stainless sink/faucet, appliances include gas range, double ovens, gas, hardware, quartz, backsplash, even new plumbing! New 220V electrical system throughout, drywall, paint, & Nest so you always have the right temperature set. AC motor is new so you don't need to worry about any issues with the temperature, which is really important in the desert! New bathrooms include all new tile, there's new tile throughout whole house with a different style in the bathrooms, beautiful shower tiling, low flow toilets, dual vanities, so you and yours don't have to share the same sink! Also each shower has a rainfall shower head with GREAT pressure in addition to the 2nd portable shower head. 15' LR ceilings (rare in Sunrise Country Club, this is an architect's favorite). Epoxy in garage. Enjoy desert's finest in your new & private condo that feels much more like a house with no neighbors above or below you! Most walls face a garage, lake (majority face the lake HEAD ON; almost all), or your private courtyard. Steps to private golf course. 24/7 security, gated entrance. HOA includes basic cable to enjoy on new LED flat panel tvs! We have a 40" in LR, 40" in master & 39" in guest room. All are mounted on swivel and tilt wall mounts for extra safety and easy viewing virtually anywhere - outside, in bed, you name it ;) Coffee maker is flat bottom and we have reusable filters (multiple). But really you only need one most likely. Grade A Lot with 24/7 security and gated throughout plus you're in the jewel of the desert, the high end town of Rancho Mirage, the highest end in the desert. You are within a few minutes of the highest end shops and restaurants plus there's lot's of grocery stores with a couple miles, see more about location below. Feel extra secure at our home walking your dog at night or whatever you decide! There's something for everyone here - pickleball, racquetball, tennis, golf, all on site, just steps away, and more around the corner! We have all you need and more for a relaxing vacation so you can bring just your clothes and food, we supply the coffee though as mentioned and spices. Please message us any preferences ahead of time to confirm so we can be sure and accommodate you! Also we have no steps anywhere! You park in the garage or in front of it, and are right in the property! Past the front courtyard you'll enter the front door within moments of parking! We have electric vehicle parking as well. Also, a note about the pools: We have strict social distancing in force. Each pool is shared with a few houses. We have multiple security guards and workers who do their best to keep everything smooth. Use is at your own risk. No appointment needed. Guest access You have access to: - morning coffee at the property and free coffee at the tennis club - the fine dining restaurant at the Club also has a full bar, it is open daily except Monday. If it's really important to you be sure and call because some things are seasonal in the Desert. The fine dining at the Club serves filet mignon, lobster (seasonally, call them to find out if they serve what you want if you are picky. (They practice here) It's an 18 hole executive plus course that is a challenging par 64 of just under 4000 yards; that can be comfortably played in less than three-and-a-half hours. We have 11 tennis courts and they CAN also be reserved. US Open players come here to play! Sunrise Country Club’s tennis program is very highly regarded, as also evidenced by our hosting the National Collegiate Tennis Classic for the last three years, showcasing some of the nation’s finest NCAA college tennis teams. This premier collegiate tennis event was again at Sunrise Country Club in January of 2017. CLUB PRICES Prices for Golf: Renter.: Weekly: $318 single. $409 couple. Monthly $995 single. $1,241 couple. We love to host and you'll find much of what you need is walking distance (in the development) but sometimes you'll want to use a car like to go to the grocery store! Other things to note We have cameras outside that are recording the whole exterior and while they’re in the garage, the garage ones aren’t recording.
