Autumn is here. It's lovely to take your family to our for-rent villa and together barbecue party right here. It takes just 40 mins driving from central Hanoi to Zen Villa, very easy to access. The house itself is simply piece of art, full of natural light, much more beautiful than things you see on photos. The garden is full of fruits, vegetable and herbs. Come and enjoy the comfortable space! The space - The Villa located near People's Committee of Hien Van has peaceful and comfortable space, which is an ideal place for rest. - The villa has 2 bedroom, 1 living room & kitchen and 2 bathroom with full natural light. There are two twin beds, a couch/sofa and a floor mattress or an which can serve 4-6 adult guests (i.e. I will arrange mattress for additional guests if required). - The fully furnished kitchen can help you to make your dishes. Guest access - You will use entire house/ apartment - You can use shared wash powder for washing cloth on the rooftop. The rooftop is also the place for hanging cloth for dry. - You can use the basement and the front-yard for free parking. - You can access to the small garden in the backyard for taking rest. Other things to note We also offers: * Breakfast: There are two different healthy styles of breakfast: The Vietnamese and American meal in the morning. Guests are able to choose one of these two styles. The menu depended on season can be discussed if required. (15$ for each guest) -Foreigners prefered
