Seccatoio is a detached stone house with an area of 60m². It can accommodate 2-4 people and has the bedroom on the first floor, under the antique roof. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a large bathroom and a spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. It offers a beautiful view of Monte Amiata. From the living you have acces to a terrace with dining table and grill in the shade of a pergola and another small terrace in front of the kitchen to enjoy the sunsets. The space Podere di Maggio is an organic farm in the southeast of Tuscany, one of the most beautiful and original areas of this region. It is a fairytale landscape with olive groves, chestnut forests, open fields and streams that murmur towards the river. Here we grow olive and chestnut trees; The olive trees produce a fantastic extra virgin olive oil and the old chestnut trees form a landscape of unique beauty. Guest access Guests have access to the entire accommodation, including the house, terrace, and outdoor areas. In addition to the accommodation, they can enjoy the communal areas of Podere di Maggio, such as the gardens and the pool, perfect for relaxing in the heart of nature. Other things to note Gas heating is available for an additional cost, calculated based on actual consumption. We are deeply committed to sustainability and strive to minimize our environmental impact. The houses have been renovated using eco-friendly materials, water comes from a natural spring, and electricity is generated by solar panels. We do not use single-use plastic, and we manage waste by separating it properly. Additionally, for laundry washing, we use only biodegradable detergents to protect the surrounding environment.
