Neranie House - Modern farm near lakes & beaches

Neranie House is a modern & light filled country home set on 72 acres of farm land close to the white sands of Seal Rocks beach and Myall Lakes. The homestead has been recently refurnished & painted to ensure guests have a comfortable & revitalising stay. A full kitchen, multiple bedrooms & a large wrap around deck make Neranie House the perfect getaway for families & groups. With beautiful & tranquil views over the property, Neranie House is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The space Turning off the main road into the driveway of Neranie House you are instantly met with peace and tranquility. The home will come into view when following the long oak tree lined driveway. There is a carport available for guests to use. Once through the front door of Neranie House there is a lovely wide entranceway and water closet. On this level of our home is the full kitchen, laundry, dining room with seating for 8, a lounge room with comfy MCM House sofas, a play room and the main bedroom & ensuite. The Main Bedroom is comfortable and light and has a king sized bed and 2 single beds. On the upper level of the home is a bathroom and 3 light filled rooms with beautiful day beds with mattresses and cushions to sit and enjoy views over the farm. Bedroom 2 is the largest room with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed and a full cot. In between Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 is another space with 2 single beds - perfect for the kids (this is an open room). Outside, there are views from every angle of the large verandah. A dining table for 8, BBQ, kids table & umbrella and multiple seating options - including a double "Byron Bay hanging chair". A "Dutch Tub" to soak away the day and fire pit are also provided for our guests. Underneath the main house is a self contained flat where our caretaker resides. We will provide all linen, tea towels, hand towels, pillows and blankets. Guest access Guests can access both the main level and the top floor level of the house. There is a self contained apartment on the lower level of the house which is not available for guests. Our caretaker lives in this apartment and will be in residence during your stay. The shed is not for the use of guests. Guests may walk through the paddocks quietly but be careful not to come too close to the cattle or beehives.
