The space 1. Two rooms are located on the ground floor 2. One room is located on the first floor 3. The living room and dining area have TV, Wi-Fi, Air-conditioning (AC) and offer a scenic view of the lush green lawns and the swimming pool 3. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cutlery, utensils, stove, microwave oven, water dispenser and fridge 4. 3 bedrooms offer air-conditioning, wardrobe space, fresh linens and have attached bathrooms 5. All bedrooms have a queen-sized beds that can accommodate 6 guests. Additional guests (upto 4) can be accommodated with extra bedding (mattress) 6. All three bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels and basic toiletries 7. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are available at an additional cost on prior request 8. Parking space for 7-8 cars is available inside the property 9. Accommodation for 1 driver/ cook is available (at an additional charge) Guest access Our guests have access to the entire property Other things to note HOUSE RULES 1. All guests must share their Govt. ID while making the booking 2. The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. Guests are not allowed to host a lunch/ dinner/ meeting/ party/gathering/event for outside guests during their stay 3. Our property is pet-friendly, please refer to rules regarding pets if you are planning to get your pet along 4. Loud Music is not allowed post 10 PM 5. Smoking inside the house is prohibited 6. Guests are requested to treat the home with care 7. Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement 8. Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted 9. CCTV cameras are installed around the property for security purpose RULES REGARDING PETS 1. Charges for bringing Pets are Rs. 1000/- per pet 2. A refundable deposit of Rs. 5000/- per pet must be paid before check-in 3. A fine of Rs. 2000/- is chargeable if the pets climb on any of the sofas or beds inside the property 4. A fine of Rs. 5000/- if chargeable if the pets enter the swimming pool 5. Guests are required to carry their pets bedding along with them 6. A fine for any damages done to the property by the pet shall be chargeable at the discretion of the property management 7. The pet must be under strict supervision of the owner if the pet is unleashed. 8. Our property is compounded and gated. However, management takes no responsibility if the pets run out of the property
