Welcome to our lake house on the one and only Chautauqua Lake! Many of the reviews for this listing can speak for themselves - in short, you are guaranteed a cozy, lakefront experience perfect for travelers traveling in small or large groups. The house is located walking distance to the town’s main road with convenience stores, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, local mall, parks, etc. The sunrise and sunset views from the back windows will leave you breath taken! Walk into a spacious kitchen and living area with a cozy, corner fireplace (electric) and half bath downstairs. Kitchen fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot, toaster, oven/stove, dishwasher, etc. There is a large dining table and stools around the isle for seating. The living area is equipped with blankets, throw pillows, and a Amazon fire stick for you to log into your own streaming services. There is no cable services at this time. Upstairs loft has a beautiful view of the lake including 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, with the master bedroom balcony. The master bed has a private bathroom attached. The back patio includes multiple chairs and tables for seating. The master propane grill is available to use as well - propane not supplied. There is a fire pit in the backyard for your use. Firewood is not supplied. A boat launch is located directly next to the lake house for easy launching. Linens, towels, cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc., are available for use. Garage and closets are not accessible to the guests. MUST NOTE: the Master bedroom Jacuzzi Tub is Out of Service. On the morning of check-in, host will provide the door code and additional check-in details. There is parking on premises, directly in front of the lake house. Or a parking lot across the street for use. There is a boat launch conveniently next door with a large parking lot across the street. Multiple parks within a mile radius. Close to local mall, grocery store, restaurants, laundromat & coffee shops. Downtown Lakewood 1.5 miles away. Celeron Park featuring the famous Lucille Ball statue and Harbor Hotels bar & restaurant. Uber and Lyft available To clear up comments in past reviews, there is very minor renovations needed to the space in minor areas of the house. Such as, missing grout in tiles, fresh painting, missing moldings in up stairs bath, etc., however all is up to property code standards for New York State. None of the renovations will interfere with the space and the functionality of the home. More of an eye sore if anything. MUST NOTE: the Master bedroom Jacuzzi Tub is Out of Service.
