Off the queen bedroom is a large walk in closet perfect for luggage and clothing. It rents to two people only, no pets allowed. There is a private deck with a porch swing, table and two chairs. Ideal for sipping morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Overlooks back yard and a view of Main Street and a portion of the bay. Comfortable sofa and high end leather electric recliner. Also a kitchenette with under counter refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, dishes and utensils. Bathroom consists of shower, vanity makeup table, sink and toilet. Separate entrance via the back yard stairs. Guest access In the backyard there is a pergola with an outdoor sofa, two swivel rocking chairs, a coffee table, and a Weber grill for your use. Other things to note The downtown area includes a wide range of shops and restaurants. The beach is two blocks away and offers amazing scenery and sunsets.
