Situated on half an acre, our place is close to town, Capitola beaches, local wineries, and Santa Cruz attractions. There is a private entry to the apartment with a view of towering redwoods and a peaceful creek. Our place is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The space Separate walk-out basement below home with private entrance (and kitchenette - no stove). There is a main room and one bedroom with en suite bathroom. Also situated on a creek and near local wineries (Soquel Vineyards and Bargetto), beaches, and several restaurants including Beer Thirty (local beer pub with 30 beers on tap, food window, plus space for dogs). Guest access Entire bottom floor walk-out basement. 1 parking space. Side and back patio sitting areas. Creek-side private beach. During your stay As often as desired! We live on site and are happy to give local visiting advice! Other things to note We have 2 small, friendly dogs. We live in the two floors above the walk-out basement which is on the ground floor. In order to preserve the experience for returning guests, we have a no pet and no shoes policy for the space.
