The communal kitchenette facilities include a microwave, mini fridge, toaster, kettle and electric hot cooking plate. There is also a TV in the shared lounge to watch DVDs. Other things to note Please note sound travels at night, especially in a country town. Doors must be locked when leaving the house. Bathrooms, lounge, balcony and sauna space are shared, so please keep these areas clean and tidy for your fellow guests. Smoking is not allowed at the property. Sauna Operation Instructions: 1.Turn on white switch (looks like a light switch) outside sauna on left hand side of the door. Then open the door and check at the bottom of the sauna heater, to confirm the bright red light is on indicating the heating element is turned on and will start to heat up. 2.If this light does not come on you need to turn the large black button slightly clockwise until the light turns on and you will hear a click. This means the sauna element is activated. 3.Black Dial on left is between 2-4 with red light on, this means element is activated. 4.The dial on right light has not activated, (lining it up to mark on top) - Rotate the black knob clockwise until the light comes on and you will hear a click noise, this means it is now activated and the element is heating up.
