The space ♦️About the Room The room has a calm, relaxing vibe with excellent natural ventilation, in addition to both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. It gets plenty of natural sunlight during the day and offers multiple lighting options at night — from bright and lively to cozy and dim. The bed features a top-quality mattress, the wardrobe is spacious, and there’s a dedicated work/study corner for your comfort and productivity. You’ll also have direct access to the balcony, shared with the living area — a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or get some fresh air. ♦️Living Area The living area is the heart of the apartment — spacious, cozy, and perfect for relaxing or socializing. It’s equipped with a 65" smart TV and a super comfy sofa. There’s also a dining corner and an additional workspace attached to the living area, making it a great spot to work, eat, or unwind. The balcony connects seamlessly with both the living area and your bedroom, offering a pleasant outdoor extension of the space. ♦️Kitchen & Bathroom The kitchen is large and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. The bathroom has strong water pressure and an endless hot water supply, ideal for a refreshing shower at any time of day. ♦️Other Details The apartment has two other rooms — one is occupied by me (Omar - the host behind Zozo's Homes), and the other may be rented to other guests. Within a short 5-minute stroll, you’ll find everything you need — supermarkets, a bakery, grocery shops, a pharmacy, and ATMs, all conveniently close by.
