Cedar- magnificent view, private outdoor bath

The Cedar Chalet is located high on Little Mount Iron and offers magnificent views of Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains. Set in trees it is private and peaceful, hand built by the owners. With comfortable furnishings and a luxurious King bed, you will find all that you need for your stay. The layout suit is suited to couples, but can accommodate up to 4 people . On the deck outside here is a 2 person hot bath (no jets) for your relaxation and enjoyment of the night skies. The space The chalet stands high on a hill, solid, romantic and private. It is open plan with ensuite bathroom, mezzanine for an extra bed and a separate dressing room. It is comfortable and welcoming and a great place to relax and enjoy the spectacular views. When you wake in the morning, you can enjoy these views from anywhere in and around the chalet, while enjoying a tea or coffee. Outside are decks to relax in privacy on.There's a large 2 person sized hot bath (no jets) surrounded by lovely native kanuka trees. Simple food preparation facilities include: fridge, microwave, hot plate, kettle, toaster, pot, pan, crockery & utensils. Dish-washing can be done in the large bathroom sink (there is no sink in the kitchen bench). It's a basic setup but you will find everything that you need for simple cooking. Guest access You have private and exclusive access to the whole chalet, outdoor bath and surrounding decks. You will need your own transport to stay here, a carpark is provided. Taxis are available if you need them. You can access your place by using the lift to a platform from where you can wheel your suitcases on a gentle downhill path to your Chalet. Alternatively you can follow the signs up the stairs to Cedar Chalet. Other things to note This Chalet is well away from any other buildings or people and gives you absolute privacy.
