The space Casa Minestra is a delicious solution for your holidays in Venice. It is suitable for 4 people because there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room with the arrangement of a small closet in the corridor and for small guests there is also a crib. Located near the famous Campo Santa Margherita, Basilica dei Frari, and the Fondamenta delle Zattere, within walking distance. The location is ideal for discovering Venice without sacrificing tranquility. The vaporetto stop is right under the house and allows you to reach iconic places such as St. Mark's Basilica and the Rialto Bridge in just 15 minutes. Upon your return, you can enjoy the authentic calm of the neighborhood. The accommodation is also easily accessible by water taxi or car, with direct arrival in front of the entrance. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, with typical local shops such as a bakery, greengrocer, tobacco shop and bars where you can have breakfast or enjoy excellent Venetian sandwiches and spritzes. Relax in an authentic Venetian neighborhood, just a 15-minute water bus ride from the tourist center. Every Monday morning, right outside the house, there is also a local market with fresh and authentic products. Self check-in with a lockbox can be done from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m. and are free at any time. Check-in and checkout at different times must be agreed with the Host. Trash should not be left in the accommodation but taken to the bins located in front of the vaporetto pier. VERY IMPORTANT: Please note that the tourist tax is NOT included in the price.
