We are pet friendly, at an additional $40pernight. The space This home truly is an entertainers delight…. featuring an open plan kitchen that is adjacent to the pool area, complete with butlers washing area so all the mess is hidden while you enjoy dinner cooked in recently updated kitchen appliances, including 2 new ovens. This Noosa gem instills serenity away from the hustle and bustle with lush garden viewings and airflow from every angle through the many floor to ceiling windows, glass louvres, and unique low windows that give you complete privacy while connecting to the outdoors. Enjoy individual spaces thanks to three lounge rooms and 4 air conditioner split systems throughout the house (1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room), finding a place to relax should not be a problem. The front part of the house is like a seperate apartment with a living room, bedroom, & bathroom which at other times of the year is a private Air Bnb space, but of course you have full access to. It includes a Nespresso, kettle, & bar fridge. Our parents love it when they visit & stay in the seperate 'Air BnB' as a door off the front hallway separates the front of the house, perfect for those that like to get to bed early, or sleep in, or enjoy a bit of a rest during the day away from the hustle of a busy kitchen or living area. This space also has a TV in the bedroom. There are three main bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen), and 3 complete bathrooms (including one ensuite, and one full size bath). All bedrooms feature wardrobes. In addition you will have the convenience of a large laundry with 2023 updated washer and drier, & a sunny clothesline hidden from view. Enjoy the BOSE SoundBar for TV and music connection. For all your online media needs NBN wifi is installed and connected to the two smart TV’s. There are no steps in this house and only one half step needed to access the house from the street, so it suits all stages of life very well. Each bedroom has high end woollen carpets with the remainder interior tiled and pool area timber decking. There is also a front yard (grass and garden area) that is fenced and suitable for an afternoon beverage or to play catch with the kids. We are AirBnB Superhosts for the front part of the house (Private Luxury in Noosa) with over 250 5 star reviews and it comes included with this booking over the Christmas period when we rent the entire property every 2-3 years. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the double lock up garage, but you can park your cars inside the gate on the driveway for security. Within the pool is a swimming training device but this won't be enabled during the time of your stay as its used for swimming training and unfortunately it isn't a toy. As you come in the front door on your right is a lovely room which is the library, great for just sitting and chilling whilst you grab a book and have a quiet read or even a great place for the kids to sit and read and have some quiet time. *Please note that we reside in this house for majority of the year with our two rescue dogs and our 8 month old daughter. Other things to note Please feel free to use the BBQ but also please make sure when you leave, the BBQ is cleaned and to be left as it was when you arrived. If not, you will incur a cleaning fee of up to $150.
