Entire apartment upstairs of our mountain chalet, ideal for hiking or mountain biking enthusiasts during the summer and skiing or snowshoeing during the winter. Absolute calm, just the gurgling of the pond in the yard and stunning views of the valley! As a bonus, you will even find enough to make a raclette or a Savoyard fondue!! The space The occupancy for this listing is 6 people, quiet in a residential village, 10 minutes from the ski areas of Morzine/Les Gets and Avoriaz. Guests will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fondue, raclette and stone grill...) open to a living room with TV and fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a mezzanine with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. A washing machine is available. Guest access We will welcome you upon arrival; in case of late hour, self check-in is always possible thanks to a digicode. Tenants can drop off their equipment and materials on the ground floor in a closed room. Other things to note The chalet is not at the foot of the slopes but slightly set back, quiet, you will find ski slopes and shops 10–15 minutes away, in Morzine, Montriond or Les Gets.
