Southern charm at Kaz in Coco

I welcome you to my home where I have made available to guests two bedrooms equipped with large beds and air conditioning. It is a townhouse with a large partially covered and furnished terrace to spend good times of conviviality. I am a 5-minute walk to Grand Bois Beach and bus stops. I have two cats who have come to share my home. The space the space open to the guest and to share is on one level over 120 m2, including 40 m2 of terrace. Two beautiful bright rooms equipped with air conditioning and king size bed can accommodate 4 people. Guests have access to a shared bathroom equipped with a corner bathtub and double sink. The toilets are separated. I occupy the first floor of the house and can be easily at your disposal if necessary. I will share the equipped kitchen open to the living room (TV) and the double terrace for meals. But I leave the priority of use to guests to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Guest access The village of Grand Bois has two main roads: the national road served by bus lines. And the road that borders the family beach which is very nice. Several shops are within walking distance. You also have the option to park a car in the yard. There are also parking spaces outside. During your stay I am a hiking guide and am willing to share my knowledge of the island and its history and also my network for any other desired activities. Other things to note I am strictly allergic (true allergy) to cigarettes. So I expressly ask smokers not to smoke inside the house and preferably in a space that will be dedicated to them.
