It is located in a very quiet area with a panoramic view of the mountain and also on the sea and offers comfortable accommodation and spacious spaces for 8 people. The space On the first level of the villa there is a large living room and a separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher overlooking the front terrace. The kitchen has a pantry. At this level there is a small single room with Air Con., shower bathroom and washing machine. On the second level there is a double bedroom (not joinable) with air con. and wall cabinet; one double bedroom (not divisible) with a third single bed and air con.; a shower bathroom; a double bedroom (not divisible) with air con. and en suite shower bathroom. Other things to note Payments required upon arrival, including sanitation, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, gas consumption, on-site service during the holiday: € 300 per week. Payments required upon departure: electricity consumption € 0.35 per kilowatt and water consumption € 1.00 per MC. The meter reading will be communicated on arrival and charged at the end of the holiday before departure. Kitchen left dirty on departure will be charged € 50.00. In case of non-recycling and placement in the appropriate waste bin, a supplement of € 100 will be applied, necessary for on-site recovery and relative transport to the waste dump. The property will be equipped with bed linen and towels and toilet paper in each bathroom. If you wish to have a welcome pack with some essentials, you will need to order it upon confirmation and a surcharge will apply. This welcome pack costs € 20 and will contain the following items: dish soap, mineral water, sugar, salt, olive oil, coffee, milk, tea, biscuits, bread.
