This 3-bedroom fully furnished home is on a quiet lake in the Great North Woods of NH. This lakefront house provides a great swimming area for all ages. Kayaks and a canoe are available and the evening sunset is spectacular! Local attractions include hiking in the White Mtns, mountain biking, family-centered attractions, golf, 3 local craft breweries, and more. In the winter the lake provides direct access to a vast snowmobile trail system and you are 20 miles to 2 major ski areas. Come explore! Enjoy sun from early morning until sunset! Two large wharfs and a new slate patio area provide ample seating for all guests. Inside the home there are three newly furnished bedrooms, a spacious living room with two seating areas, and a separate dining room. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one down. The large kitchen has ample space for family members to join in the cooking. Family memories are made at the lake. Lawn games, jig-saw puzzles, card games around the table, blueberry picking, fishing, s'mores at sunset, walks along the road, handstand contests in the lake, ... and so many more. All of these are part of our childhood memories and hope that you will have your own list of memories. This is a private home which guests have full access too. There is a side yard and backyard, full driveway, patio area facing lake, and long wharf and dock area for seating. Self check-in with a key pad. The access to the house is a dirt road which eventually parallels the lake. Our house is the third house on the road with approximately 10 houses beyond. The non-lakeside of the road is all wooded area. A car is necessary to enjoy the local area. There is no public transportation. The house is located on a lake, and sound does travel on the lake. We ask that you be mindful of our lake neighbors and keep music at a reasonable level.
